Damon L. Hart

As a Rice University graduate, Damon earned a B.A. degree (summa cum laude) in chemical physics and a Master of Computer Science. He has held positions of firm-wide responsibility in investment management (research, trading, etc.) and operations (technology, compliance, etc.) at both traditional and alternative investment managers including The Millburn Corporation, Xplor Capital Management and Raylor Capital Management Group.

As Baxter Investment Management's Director of Operations, Damon applies his extensive knowledge and over 30 years of industry experience to both the investment and operational aspects of the firm.

Damon joined Baxter in 2018 and currently resides with his family in Weston, Connecticut.
