William J. Baxter III

Bill joined Baxter Investment Management in 1989 after having earned a B.A. in economics and political science from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY. He brings experience as a Research Analyst to Baxter from his two years at Glickenhaus & Co. As the Chief Portfolio Manager, Bill is responsible for constructing and continuously managing all client portfolios and contributing to Baxter’s research efforts, particularly in the fixed-income sector. Bill is intimately involved in the development and implementation of the firm’s overall investment strategy.

Bill is an active sailor and currently resides in Stamford, Connecticut with his wonderful family.
